Terms of Service

GENERAL
Please provide clear request details / references! This can be anything ranging from character sheets, to previously commissioned art, a pinterest board, detailed descriptions, moodboards, etc.
The artist retains the rights to the artwork and may post it to their socials/portfolio.
The commissioner retains the rights to the character and the artist cannot claim it as their own.REVISIONS
Open to major and minor revisions during sketching phase
2 major revisions during lineart/colour phase
1 minor revision during rendering phase
Any other revisions will add to the total cost, depending on complexity!RIGHTS AND USAGE
✔ YOU MAY
Post the drawing on your social media (linking back to me as credits)
Use the drawing as a profile picture, banner, one-off thumbnail, character reference, etc (with credit)
Print the drawing for personal use (poster, framed picture, on your own shirt, etc)
❌ YOU MAY NOT
Use it on ANYTHING AI or NFT related
Resell it
Enter a contest with it
Claim you drew it
Edit work without permission
*For personal-use buyers:
Sell prints or merch with the drawing on it
Use it commercially (youtube videos, png vtuber, etc)DEADLINES AND DELIVERIES
Depends on complexity of the commission + queues
An estimated time for a simple commissions with no added fees should be around 1-2 weeks
Delivery could be made sooner or later, depending on workloadREFUNDS
NO full refunds after the initial sketch is completed!
Eligible for refunds if:
- the work has not yet started
- the artist cannot continue/finish the commission (partial refund based on progress)PAYMENT
100% upfront for all payments under €100
For payments over €100, clients may choose to pay 100% upfront, or 50% upfront and 50% once the sketch is completed.COMMUNICATION
Clients should strive to keep in touch during the commission process, to receive updates and provide feedback.
